Who we are
Nodara, an IT company for websites, apps and systems. You can reach us at team@nodaratech.nl.
What data
Only the details you send us yourself through the quote form or by email: name, email address, phone number, business name and information about your project.
The quote form
When you send the quote form, your request reaches us by email and you receive a confirmation. Those emails are sent through Resend (a processor). The website itself does not store your request.
What for
To answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the project.
How long
We delete requests that don’t lead to a project after 12 months. We keep invoice data for 7 years, as required by Dutch law.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
Your account
If you create an account, we store your email address, the designs you save, your discount code, the status of your project, your activity (logging in, using the builder, saving a design) and the last state of the builder. You can see this on your account page and only Nodara admins can view it. This is done at Supabase, on servers in Frankfurt (EU), with whom we have a data processing agreement. You log in with a one-time link or code, so we store no password. You can delete your account and everything in it (including your activity and builder state) yourself on your account page. We delete accounts you have not logged in to for 2 years.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. Just send us an email. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
